CORE HIM LLC ("Core Him", "we") provides washing and dry-cleaning, manufactures technical textiles and workwear, acts as a trade agent for building materials, trades goods wholesale and provides combined facilities support. This policy explains how we handle personal data under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and the GDPR.

2. Workwear service
To return garments to the right person, client companies give us workers' names or IDs and sizes. We use them only for labelling and sorting, under a processing agreement.
3. Dry-cleaning customers
Name and phone on the order receipt, kept for 6 months.
4. Business customers
Contacts, contracts and invoices.
5. Purposes and grounds
Performance of contracts, legal obligations (tax, consumer protection), legitimate interests (service quality).
6. Recipients
Carriers and payment providers. We do not sell personal data.
7. Your rights
You may access, correct and delete your data (subject to legal retention), restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy and withdraw consent. We reply within 30 days. Complaints may be addressed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or an EU supervisory authority.
